How To Make an Online Booking With HealthEngine
There are two ways to make an appointment at our practice online.
Through the main HealthEngine website, and directly through the Freshwater Place Wellness Medical Practice website.

At the top each page on our website you will find a blue, rectangular box in the centre of the screen with the inscription “CLICK HERE for an ONLINE APPOINTMENT” this link will bring you straight to our booking services.
From here, simply scroll through the dialogue box until you find the time and date you wish to book your appointment for.
At the top of the online booking directory, there is a yellow dialogue box that reads “Choose your practitioner” this allows you to see what times and days your preferred doctor is available for an appointment.
After finding your ideal date and time (eg, 9:00am Monday, 20th June 2016) you will be directed to a short online form where you will be directed to fill in your personal details and the reason for your appointment.
This saves you from filling in all the forms and paperwork when you enter our office, allowing you to simply walk in for your appointment – no hassles.
